Private teacher registration and certification authority (briefly known as NTRCA) is an autonomous institution under the Ministry of Education, Government of Bangladesh. The work of this organization is to ensure the appointment of qualified teachers in 33,000 (thirty-three thousand) private educational institutions in the country.
